Grade I Listed Property Renovation – Framlingham area, Suffolk

SBC Services were instructed to complete a full renovation to this beautiful Grade I listed farmhouse situated on the outskirts of Framlingham. We have been using traditional materials and methods to repair and restore this period property to it’s former glory.

Full Property Renovation – Woodbridge area, Suffolk

This period cottage underwent a full renovation including new bathroom, kitchen, flooring and fireplace restoration. The client’s bought this property as an investment for holiday letting. As they don’t live locally SBC Services undertook the project management side of things to ensure everything ran smoothly.
